The January sun skimmed over the treetops, the Canadian geese walked the well trimmed lawns of Orange Tree Resort. It was quiet, it was peaceful.

While we walked the well groomed paths of Scottsdale Civic Park with Sara and Eloy an unforgettable thing happened. It couldn’t have been planned but only destined to happened, just like their love. How can a couple’s first married moments get any more romantic and heartfelt?

Their day began early as the sun came up on that Spring morning, cinco de mayo exactly, a beautiful calm day with the sun shining and the birds chirping happily. Both Rodd and Rebekah were calm, cool, and collected as all of their planning finally began to unfold and they just got to enjoy the day. The pueblo style house was a perfect setting for their Cinco de Mayo wedding

As described by their Man of Honor, Leon and Chelsea have a “geeky love”. One that is meant to be and reaches further than what we understand. It stretches though the universe and time. Their wedding was based on the idea of “Our love is written in the stars” and we think that is so sweet

Dia De los Muertos inspired wedding at the beautiful Orange Tree Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dia De Los Muertos is a Spanish celebration which translates to “Day of the Dead”. The significance of this holiday is in remembrance of friends and family who have passed, which we think is such a sweet and beautifully thoughtful way to include those who couldn’t be there.
